Barnes Park Community Hub project

You will recall back in May, the Parish Council commenced a consultation exercise to see if the local community supported the Community Hub project and also whether they would be prepared to accept an increase in the Council’s precept to cover the costs of loan repayments should a loan be necessary to secure the funding for the project. The results of the consultation are set out below for your information. Following the outcome of the survey, the results have been passed to the Public Works Loan Board and it pleasing to report that the loan application, if needed, has been approved.
